By accessing or using Linebuz (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Linebuz is a crowd-sourced wait time information platform. Users can view and report wait times at restaurants, stores, movie theaters, and other public places. The Service relies on user-contributed data and may not always reflect current conditions.
To report wait times, you must create an account with a valid email address and display name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
You represent that all registration information you provide is accurate and current. You may update your information at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to submitting false reports or engaging in abusive behavior.
When using the Service, you agree:
By submitting wait time reports, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Linebuz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use this content within the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.
You represent that your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LINEBUZ DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF WAIT TIME INFORMATION. WAIT TIMES ARE USER-REPORTED AND MAY NOT REFLECT ACTUAL CONDITIONS.
We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINEBUZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON WAIT TIME INFORMATION.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service integrates with Google Maps and Google Places API. Your use of those features is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy of Google-provided place data.
You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your submitted wait time reports may remain visible in anonymized form.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
